We stand behind all of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. All purchases made from Good Morgan LLC (“us”,“our”). (including all related website properties, sales over the phone, and on-site purchases) are covered by the following policies.
Online Training Access
You will receive lifetime access to the online training course that you purchased for as long as it exists online. If the company chooses to change hosting software, you will be notified and continue to receive access to the course you purchased unless you requested a refund. If a refund is processed, you will no longer receive access.
You will receive access information via the email you provided during the checkout process. If you choose to unsubscribe from Good Morgan LLC, the company will no longer be able to send you emails until you provide permission to receive emails from the company again.
If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased please contact our Customer Support Department immediately at [email protected] so we can resolve the issue.
Purchase of an online training module does not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way.
The SEEN Method Online Course includes a 30 days guaranteed refund from date of purchase if not satisfied with the content. Email [email protected] to request a refund and a refund will be processed within 48 hours with no questions asked. You will lose access to the online course upon processing the requested refund.
General
Offers/Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with each other unless otherwise stated. If applicable, coupons are only valid during the advertised promotion period. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Digital Downloads
All digital and downloadable product sales are final. We do not offer digital product refunds, once a download/digital access has been assigned to you there is nothing we can retrieve back. If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased please contact our Customer Support Department immediately at [email protected] so we can resolve the issue. Digital product purchases do not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way.
Virtual Event or Live Event Tickets
All Virtual Event or Live event tickets are non-refundable, with no exceptions. If for any reason you are unable to attend, you may use the credit for a future event. Please contact the Customer Support Department immediately at [email protected]. After purchasing your ticket, you must reserve your seat. If you do not reserve your seat, your ticket may be forfeited. If you have received your ticket gratis or as part of another purchase, the ticket is forfeited without further remuneration. In accordance with all federal and state laws, we reserve the right to refund tickets, deny access or refuse entry to any event if we deem it in the best interest for the safety of the public, the speakers, employees and/or participants.
All tickets are non transferable without notifying the Customer Support Department at [email protected] to transfer the ticket for you. At the Event, ticket holders must show state or federal identification or a passport, and it must match the name of the ticket holder.
Ticket-Holder Behavior Policy; Ejection and Cancellation.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct we deem is disorderly. This includes, but is not limited to anyone who uses profane, vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with the venue's rules or policies. In any such event, you shall not be eligible for, and we shall not be obligated to issue you, a refund for any such purchase, and Good Morgan LLC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential expenses incurred by you.
Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, no refund shall be provided to you in the event you violate the Terms and Conditions of Use or the Terms and Conditions of Sale of this Website, or in the event you fail to abide by all rules and policies related to the venue where the event is located, which violation or failure results in your inability to gain admittance to the venue or ejection from the venue. By purchasing a ticket to any of our events and/or attending, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy as well as the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy If you do not agree to these Policies, please do not attend the Event or purchase anything, or enter into any transaction with us.
Publicity Release; Information Sharing.
By attending any Event, you hereby irrevocably grant to Good Morgan LLC, affiliates, designees, successors, assigns and licensees, the right to film and otherwise record you and use your name, image and likeness in any and all media for any purpose, including, without limitation, advertising and promotional purposes as well as in, on or in connection with future Good Morgan LLC events and/or other events produced by Good Morgan LLC or any of Good Morgan LLC’s affiliates and hereby release Good Morgan LLC and each of the respective designees, successors, assigns, licensees and affiliates from any liability with respect thereto.

Payment Plans
If a product or service is purchased utilizing a monthly installment payment plan the Customer is responsible for 100% of agreed-upon payments equaling the total of the agreed-upon payments for the product. If any payments are not received, the entire purchase is void and the payments made up to that point are forfeited to Good Morgan LLC and will not be refunded and access to any digital product or platform will be removed.
